The visors are designed to protect the face from mechanical impact,

liquid splashes. Provide effective anti-fragmentation protection – _V50 not less than 350 m/sec

– The thickness of the protective screen is 4-6 mm. Height – 203 mm or 152 mm.

– Type DX6: The shrapnel resistance of the protective screen when fired with steel balls with a diameter of 6.3 mm and a weight of 1.1 g corresponds to _V50 = 370 m/sec.

– Modifications are available with different fixation of the protective screen to the body armor (which is removable and permanent).

– The visor can be fixed in two positions.

– The protective screen is made of high quality polycarbonate and provides unique optical capabilities.

– The product has a scratch- and damage-resistant coating on both the inside and outside.

– Anti-fogging coating (inside and out).

– The product may be used in conjunction with respiratory protection equipment.

The anti-fragmentation face shields (visors) manufactured by PAULSON (USA) are made by casting, which provides high optical performance. The quality of the polycarbonate granulate used (Lexan® brand) allows achieving high anti-fragmentation resistance (V505) at a lower weight (screen thickness) of the product than that of competitors.

The visors can be easily mounted on all ACH, MICH, PASGT helmets. It can be fixed in two positions: working and transportation. The lock that adjusts the position of the visor can be located on the left or right side of the helmet (for left- or right-handed users). If necessary, the lock can be easily moved to the desired side. A storage case is available on request. An additional rubber gasket along the upper edge of the helmet fixing system prevents water and dangerous liquids from splashing onto the face. The visors can be used in conjunction with gas masks. They are available in various modifications and are divided according to the following characteristics:

– Thickness of the protective screen of the debris pickup (4 mm or 6.2 mm).

– The size of the protective screen (152 mm. The marking “S” or 203 mm is added).

– The presence or absence of a metal mesh on the outside of the screen.

– Anti-fog coating (AF marking).

– Types of helmet attachment:

– “rigid” attachment to the helmet using fasteners (DM or HM); quick-release mechanism (without drilling holes in the helmet body);

– using a rigid plastic fixation system, was attached to the helmet;

– using a belt fixation system, was attached to the helmet.

Installation and dismantling of the picks is carried out without the use of tools, the time is 30 seconds. The visors have no removable parts, which makes them easy to store and use. They have a “reset” option (disconnection from the helmet to prevent injury to the cervical vertebrae) in case of sudden jerks to the helmet during the suppression of mass disorder.
