The Modulus 6K body armor is a modular type of body armor and belongs to the semi-rigid type of external wear body armor.

The complete set of the Module 6K body armor includes soft ballistic protection

– In front – a shelf

– Backs – backrest

– Sides of the torso (simultaneously performs the function of connecting the shelf and back) – patches

– Neck – collar

– Front and back collarbone areas – shoulder pads

– Upper arms and shoulder joints – shoulders

– Tactical belt for the lower back and upper leg joints

– Lower abdomen and genitals – groin shield

– Lower vertebrae – sacrum shield

The protection of these elements is achieved by a multilayer package of SVMPE (polyethylene-UD) fabric. Protective ballistic bags are sealed by ultrasonic soldering into a waterproof fabric and placed in the vest cover.

The body armor cover is designed for:

– Placement and fixation of protective ballistic packages on the human body

– Attaching security elements to each other

– Placement of removable pockets (pouches). For this purpose, the vest cover is equipped with the “MOLLE” system

– Placement of armor plates to increase the protection class of the vest.

Two rectangular single curve composite ceramic plates (250x300x22 mm) are placed in the vital organs in special pockets on the front and back and provide the 6th class of protection (DSTU B 4103-2002)

The design of the Module 6K body armor makes it possible to adjust the height of the ceramic plates in the vest.

Each Module 6K bulletproof vest is equipped with a passport, which indicates the date of manufacture, protection class, service life of the vest, and the warranty obligations of MATERIALIZATION LLC.

Total protection area of body armor, not less than 78.0 dm²

The weight of the Module 6K body armor does not exceed 13.0 kg.

The body armor cover is made of CORDURA 1000D fabric in black, olive, coyote, multicolor or the desired color at the customer’s choice. The cover is sewn with horizontal strips of synthetic webbing of increased rigidity “MOLLE”.
