TACTICAL BODY ARMOURS OF EXTERNAL WEARING “MODULE”
Body armours “MODULE” are the individual protection means of a module type that allows to assembly it according to the personal requirements sa per the class and area protection.
Convenient body armour design provides with its easy dressing, removing and sitting, attaching or removing additional protective elements. Specifications on body armour are coordinated and registered by All-Ukrainian state scientific and production centre of standardization, metrology, certification and consumer right protection.
Body armours “MODULE” are developed tactical body armours of external wearing. The main peculiarities are: increased area of splinterproof protection, presence of a rapid drop-off (emergency) system, minimum weight. The design of shoulder harnesses in the back clavicular portion and neck area minimizes the load on these areas providing with the comfort and freedom of movement.
Body armour provides with the protection against defeating with small-weapon bullets, cold steel arms and splinters.
Body armour keeps its protective and operational performances under the influence of atmospheric condensation and temperatures from – 400С to + 400С.
Body armour covering is equipped with ventilative, temperature-controlled grid lining and “MOLLE” system for securing of module cartridge-pouches, accessories and ammunition.
Soft armour located in the body armour coverings provides with the protection of the 1-st, 1-st A and 2-nd classes (DSTU V 4103-2002)
