“MODULE 3”<\/b><\/div>\n

The Modulus 3 body armor<\/b> is a modular type of body armor and belongs to the semi-rigid type of external wear body armor.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The full set of the Module 3 body armor includes soft ballistic protection<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– In front – a shelf<\/div>\n
– Backs – backrest<\/div>\n
– Sides of the torso (simultaneously performs the function of connecting the shelf and back) – patches<\/div>\n
– Neck – collar<\/div>\n
– Front and back collarbone areas – shoulder pads<\/div>\n
– Upper arms and shoulder joints – shoulders<\/div>\n
– Tactical belt for the lower back and upper leg joints<\/div>\n
– Lower abdomen and genitals – groin shield<\/div>\n
– Lower vertebrae – sacrum shield<\/div>\n

The protection of these elements is achieved by a multilayer package of SVMPE (polyethylene-UD) fabric. Protective ballistic bags are sealed with ultrasonic soldering in a waterproof fabric and placed in the vest cover.<\/div>\n

The body armor cover is designed for:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Placement and fixation of protective ballistic packages on the human body<\/div>\n
– Attaching security elements to each other<\/div>\n
– Placement of removable pockets (pouchers). For this purpose, the body armor cover is equipped with the “MOLLE” system<\/div>\n
– Placement of armor plates to increase the protection class of the vest.<\/div>\n

At the customer’s option, soft ballistic bags can be manufactured according to Class 1, 1A, or 2 (“Personal protective equipment “body armor” DSTU V 4103-2002):<\/div>\n

Two rectangular single curve steel plates (250×300 mm) are placed in the vital organs in special pockets on the front and back and provide 3rd class protection (DSTU B 4103-2002)<\/div>\n

The design of the Module 3 bulletproof vest makes it possible to adjust the height of the steel plates in the vest.<\/div>\n
Each Module 3 bulletproof vest is equipped with a passport, which indicates the date of manufacture, protection class, service life of the vest, and the warranty obligations of MATERIALIZATION LLC.<\/div>\n

The weight of the Module 3 body armor does not exceed 11.5 kg.<\/div>\n
